What is the best gps TomTom 130s garmin nuvi 1490t or garmin nuvi 225w?

I visited an excellent website with GPS reviews before called http://GPSmagazine.com and at the time the most recommended so called “Best Value GPS” was the Garmin nuvi 265WT which I believe currently sells for $189.95 plus tax at Costco Wholesale. FYI it is also sold at Best Buy and Staples.
